In 1946, Antonio Grazia established the “Riseria del Basso Veronese” – a small, fully artisanal company based in Legnago. Over time, the managerial responsibilities went to Gaetano Grazia, who opened the new Minerbe plant in 1984, signaling a clear direction toward growth and development.
In 2004, we achieved the prestigious ISO9001 quality certification, thanks to the many strategic efforts of the previous decades. Currently, the company is run by the founder’s grandsons, Alberto and Alessandro Grazia who, at the beginning of their journey, decided to expand the factory again, to achieve increasingly important results in both turnover and quality: in 2020 the company achieved BRC, IFS, BIO and recently KOSHER certifications.
